What are the hours for the front desk?

8AM – 6PM daily. If arriving after 6PM please call the resort before 6PM at 877-475-3466 for late arrival instructions. Winter hours may vary.

What time is check in/check out?

Check in is after 4PM and check out is before 11AM.

Is there a resort fee?

No, we do not have any resort fees at OMI.

How far is the beach?

A short 10 minute drive to Tigertail Beach or you can have A Carr Transportation pick you up and drop you off for $6.00 plus tip for up to 4pp in a town car. (239) 394-0900.

Is the internet available?

Yes, each suite has complimentary internet access. There is also a complimentary PC at the Front Desk. Wireless internet is also available at the Front Desk.

What is the closest airport?

Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW) is a 55 minute drive. Direct air service into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) can be viewed here: www.flylcpa.com/nonstop. Marco Island Executive Airport (MKY) a private jetport is 10 minutes from OMI. Naples Municipal Airport (APF) also a private jet center is 35 minutes from the hotel. Charlotte County Airport in Punta Gorda also known as Fort Myers/Punta Gorda (PGD) is an 80 minute drive. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is approximately a 2 hour drive. Miami International (MIA) is approximately a 3 hour drive.

What amenities are included?

We have a beautiful heated pool and hot tub adjacent to a serene garden area. The Collection of Marco is just outside your door with shops, restaurants and a styling salon. In addition, the world famous Snook Inn is just two blocks away. We also have free DVD movies and board games at the front desk. Bicycle rentals are available for a nominal fee. Boat rentals are a short 5 minute walk up the street.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

Daily light housekeeping is provided to include beds made, trash pick-up and fresh bath linens.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

We have a Winn-Dixie grocery store within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Do we need to bring linens or pool towels?

All linens and towels are provided.

Do we need to bring anything for the kitchen?

Each suite has service for six and is fully equipped including coffee maker, housewares and full size appliances.

Will we have a washer and dryer in the suite?

No, we have a coin-operated laundry next to the Front Desk.

What needs to be done the day of check out?

Housekeeping provides a full service cleaning upon check out. Enjoy the last day of your vacation and we’ll take care of the cleaning for you. There is a one-time departure cleaning fee of $50 plus tax for all stays.

Can we rent bikes?

Yes, we have bike rentals at the Front Desk. Marco Island is a delightful place to tour by bike.

Where can we get umbrellas and chairs for the beach?

We have complimentary beach umbrellas, chairs and beach toys at the Front Desk.
